The Royal Wedding at The Ritz-Carlton

So sorry for the late post …
I’ve been running around like a
crazy woman all weekend!
(Question is, when am I not running around
like a crazy woman?)

I’ve uploaded tons of pictures
from the Royal Wedding Experience
and of course, technology has not been my
friend for the past hour. 😦
So stay tuned for pictures …
so instead of pictures … how about videos?

Bright and early Friday morning,
we all watched Kate Middleton and Prince William’s
happily ever after…
And finally after much anticipation …
Princess Catherine revealed her wedding dress …

(Source: Washington Post)

She wore a beautiful long-sleeved
white and ivory Sarah Burton satin and lace gown …
It was the perfect dress for Kate,
simple, elegant, and timeless ….

I want to thank the Ritz-Carlton
for hosting this wondrous event …
And 30 years from now, when my kids
ask me if I remember when William & Kate got married …
I can tell them, yes …
I remember every detail like it was yesterday.

Our very own Gabriella and Jessica were interviewed!

More to come,
Carine

PS. What did you think of Kate’s dress?

A Royal Wedding Viewing Party

we all watched Princess Diana and Prince Charles
say their vows.
(Well, I was very young and don’t exactly
remember all that I would like to remember …
But, I vaguely remember Diana’s magnificent gown! Of course.)
My mother on the other hand remembers every detail
and exactly what she was doing that the very moment
Diana and Charles said, “I do.”

The Royal Wedding Experience

Let’s face it …
Chances of being royalty is 1 and a million.
But just because you aren’t royalty
doesn’t mean that you can’t have a royal wedding.
I mean, aren’t we taught at the age of 5
that we are supposed to be princesses on our wedding day?
Here’s what went on behind the scenes
on event day …

Thanks to my dear friend Carl Ray
for coming out so early to do my make up for the interview.
A huge thanks to my dear friend Giselle
for my bombshell hair 🙂
Hey Kate … if you need a stylist for the day, Call Giselle!
